How many times do you feel like taking the easy way out? I will only do one workout today, I will do 10 push-ups instead of 20 when you feel like giving up that is the precise moment when you should push for more. The last ten seconds of the work out is not the time to quit. It is the time to push your body over its limits and get a sense of accomplishment if you believe you can do more you will do more if you think you've done enough and that it is time to stop right where you stopped is where you will be. push hard every day at school at work at home with family and friends always do your best and then a little bit more.
